Within the scope of Erasmus days, a seminar titled “What is food-literacy?” was held on 14.10.2022 at Central Research Institute of Food and Feed Control. At the seminar, Dr. Banu Akgün, Dr. Vesile Çetin and Chem. Eng. Filiz Çavuş made their presentation on “What is food-literacy?”, "Healthy Eating" and “Olive Oil Sensory Analysis”, respectively. At the end of the event, fruit was served to the participants.
