The closing conference of the Erasmus+ Project named "Increasing Food-Literacy Competencies of Adults” was held on April 25, 2023 at the Central Research Institute of Food and Feed Control. After the opening speeches, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Şahin and Dietitian Petek Arı made presentations about “The Archeology of Nutrition” and “Nutrition Awareness”, respectively.
