Within the scope of FOODTR project, trainee students and institute personnel were trained in the dairy gene bank meeting room on 11 August 2022. Dr. Nurcan Ayşar Güzelsoy made a presentation for introducing the FOODTR project. Filiz Çavuş gave information about “Healthy Eating Guide” and “Sensory Analysis of Olive Oil”. Then, Şifa Çalışkan made a presentation related to “Evaluation of Citrus Wastes and By-Products”. At the end of the event, refreshments were served to the participants.
