A “Healthy Nutrition” seminar was held on 18.10.2022 at the Central Research Institute of Food and Feed Control within the scope of Erasmus+ Project for Increasing Food-Literacy Competencies of Adults.
The opening speech was made by the Institute Director (Dr. Yıldıray İstanbullu). Also, Hamit Aygül from Bursa Directorate of Provincial Agriculture and Forestry, Semih Polat from Tarım A.S. and Dr. Gökçe Taner from Bursa Technical University contributed the event with their speeches.
In the seminar program, Dr. Banu Akgün and Dr. Vesile Çetin introduced “Project and E-learning Platform” and “The Practical Healthy Eating Guide”, respectively. Dr. Bekir Uğur Yavuzcan made a presentation about “Interaction of Food and Environmental Health with People”. Chef M. Emir Topuk and Şifa Çalışkan made presentations about “Bursa Culinary Culture and Olive Oil Dishes” and “Citrus Wastes”, respectively. The program ended after the cocktail event.
